After submitting a returnable order, you will receive an e-mail with further instructions on how to return your product to us.

Check your spam folder in case you don't find the e-mail in your inbox.

In order to establish a return within the 14 legal days :

• To be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it.
• It must also be in its original packaging, with the plastic cover still on the device (the left and right casings can be easily opened to allow you to test the device).
• You must receive written confirmation from our customer service department before returning it, in particular to ensure that it is still in perfect condition.
